Incoming eighth grader
PE/health  :( :(
LA
Honors Geometry (just called Geometry, but technically is honors)
Physics
Lunch/Debate (I'm a judge/moderator)
Sup Study (I used to do orchestra, but I quit)
French I (part 2; junior high languages are slowed, French I is done in two years)
Social Science (world history)

I'm in the most gifted program my district can offer in junior high, and I'm so young that I'd never be considered to move up (I was born 20 minutes before the cutoff).

Other people have commented on another user's schedule talking about how many classes she has, her school probably runs a block schedule like mine. In my case, I've given up all of my off periods except my half hour lunch periods. Also, some of these classes only run for one semester. And while discussing our school schedules I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to discuss clubs/teams people are participating in this following school year. I will be playing a fall sport, Field Hockey, most likely on varsity. I will probably participate in Latin club, Gay/Straight Alliance club and Young Historians. I'm also applying to be a Relay For Life coach.
That's what I thought, thanks for clearing that up! I'll be doing this...lol... science olympiad is probably my biggest ec. I'll also be in mu alpha theta, chem honor society, asian-american association, nhs, I'll do some tutoring through mao/chs and be volunteering as well.

As Freshman.

Honors Biology
Honors English
Spanish II
Accelerated Math I (I have no idea what that correlates to in your state)
Lunch
Health/Phys. Ed.
Debate (or Computer Applications)

Freshman aren't allowed to take AP's here. And PE/Health is mandatory for Freshman (in place of 9th grade Geography)
and we are Bell Schedule, not Block scheduled. So the length of each class varies throughout the week.

My school doesn't technically offer any... but if the CompSci teacher likes you it's pretty easy to game the system :D (they've since added a few other requirements so you can't...)

Anyways, Junior year

AP English Language
AP Chemistry
AP Physics C
AP Calculus BC
AP Statistics
AP US History
Band(It's a class and 8-10 hours outside of school a week... which really cuts into SO build time :/ )

Do other schools, like mine, only offer one AP course during freshman year?
My school offers zero Freshman year, and only one sophomore year.

Technically AP world is the only freshman AP course, but at our school, we have those superultramegaoverachievers...
There have been freshmen in world, Physics B, Calc BC, and Stats (i think)
Theoretically the prereq for Physics and Stats is just Algebra 2 (PreCalc for BC), and many students have skipped ahead in math.
Math department head is pretty lenient, science not so much...

As a junior:
House (AP Biology, AP Lang, AP World)
Honors Chemistry
Honors Pre-Calculus
Wind Ensemble
Japanese 2

With a side dish of outdoor photography, theater in the city and outdoor rec at the end of each respective trimester. I'll probably study and do the AP chemistry test anyways. I'll definitely begin studying for AP Japanese, but we'll see where I'm at at the end of the year before I take the test or not.
