While most of the seniors from my final Science Olympiad team did go the "science" route (I was one of them), one did differ from the norm. After being an excellent Experimenter (for Experimental Design), he proceeded to go off and major in something English-related (I'm not sure if it's pure English, or something in journalism, or both).
I guess those communications skills and tight writing style worked out in a lab and in English. So far as I know, that's what he's sticking with, too.
(As for me: I'm a Chemical Engineering major at Clarkson University. It's a lovely little school in the middle of nowhere and was quite excellent in my first year and in my now two summers of research.)

georgia institute of technology (Georgia Tech!) for me. studying aerospace, mostly because i got so involved with wright stuff. sadly, im probably going to hate my life over the next 4 years lol.

I will be heading to Emory University next semester. Not sure exactly what I'm doing yet, probably economics or something chemistry related.

Hey...aerospace is the most exciting career out there! yea it's pretty awesome. however, everybody who goes to tech hates tech. i think they have a 60 percent student retention after the first year. yay weed out classes! and supposedly aerospace is their hardest program.Hey...aerospace is the most exciting career out there! I'll be going to college for it the year after next.

wow i feel left out but i want to got to the colorado school of mines in golden to get a degree in eletrical enineering the engineering that requires the most amount of math
this is coincidently the same school that state here in colorado is held in so their is still a tie to science olympaid

I'm hoping to go to either Yale or Juilliard and get a double major in music and vet med, and a minor in theater
