I don't think this is correct? There are event placements for Penn Yan A, I don't think they no showed everything.

Hmm, you might be right. The results on Ezra are inconsistent here; I'll confirm with the tournament staff.
Edit : confirmed that Penn Yan A and B were switched to team numbers 21 and 22, while the C team was a no show with team number 20

I wasn't involved in the logistics of the tournament so I may be wrong on this, but I believe what happened was that Penn Yan dropped one of their three teams today, which ended up switching up the team numbers for their remaining two teams partway through the tournament.
