Division B
Division C
Hm, that's probably closer than most people expected. I originally had Solon at the number 2 spot on my submission for midseason poll #2 but dropped them to 4 before submitting... maybe that was a mistake.SciolyGuy411 wrote: ↑February 23rd, 2020, 4:46 pm Div B Mentor

Ah, didn't know they didn't have a full team.SOPomo wrote: ↑February 23rd, 2020, 9:24 pm28th in WIDI and not a full team there? 99 pretty impressiveUnome wrote: ↑February 23rd, 2020, 8:53 pmHm, that's probably closer than most people expected. Umaroth mentioned earlier that there are some rumors of Kennedy only bringing a 10 person team. But since Div B teams have 47 event slots to fill, it just doesn't seem very feasible for there to be that 4.7 events per person average (also assuming that Div B had some interesting conflicts like Div C). Perhaps the way that they blocked mechanicals with self-schedule events made a difference, but who knows. If it wasn't a full team I'd guess maybe 12-13(?) at the very least, or maybe they did bring a full team. At this point, it's honestly all just speculation.
Solon was the same day as Jeffery trail and Christensen, Centerville was the same day as Kennedy.itsDerk wrote: ↑February 24th, 2020, 9:27 amUmaroth mentioned earlier that there are some rumors of Kennedy only bringing a 10 person team. EDIT:
Nice performance regardless! Even though I'm obviously still going to root for Solon
Also, for personal curiosity, why choose Mentor over Centerville or Solon?
I don't think it's that unreasonable. When Seven Lakes went to GGSO in my junior year, we took a small team (much less than 15 people) and most of us did 4-6 events, picking up new events we had never done before (e.g. I did DP and Water Quality, which I had never done before).itsDerk wrote: ↑February 24th, 2020, 9:27 amUmaroth mentioned earlier that there are some rumors of Kennedy only bringing a 10 person team. So Churchill didn't go to Jeffery Trail? I saw they won #1 in Solon invite, and their score 82 is better than Kennedy's 99.sciolyperson1 wrote: ↑February 24th, 2020, 12:40 pmSolon was the same day as Jeffery trail and Christensen, Centerville was the same day as Kennedy.itsDerk wrote: ↑February 24th, 2020, 9:27 amUmaroth mentioned earlier that there are some rumors of Kennedy only bringing a 10 person team. Churchill did not attend JT. We did have Kennedy, who won with what I believe was also a partial team.SONica wrote: ↑February 25th, 2020, 9:47 amSo Churchill didn't go to Jeffery Trail? Could be a very interesting NorCal state competition this year.
