That's wassup. If Iolani made it, I would give them the spot, maybe one higher. I think PCHS would be stuck at upper 30s though, improving slightly from last year.

Jimmy-bond: Did you realize that our two teams tied at Nationals last year (we both had 792 points)?
"Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Matthew 5:11-12

I have no regrets.

I do remember that. If the tiebreaker had gone to you guys, PCHS would've been 35th, right on the dot with the algorithm prediction. It feels good to say that we beat an algorithm though, even if by the slightest.

My PA thoughts:

I'm very surprised to see Harriton so low, especially lower than Rustin. SOUP was already showing signs of Harriton's usual rise. If we had gotten regionals/states results, my expectation is we'd have seen Harriton win both, and then wound up close to the back of the top 10 of nationals.

Springhouse at 6 is also much higher than I'd put them, as all indications were that they were not quite as strong as they were last year. I'd definitely put Beckendorff, Gelinas, and Piedmont over them.

Overall my ranges would be as follows:

Springhouse - 9-12
Harlan Rowe - 11-15
Harriton - 7-13
Bayard Rustin - 12-17

Spicy..... I think you're a little high on Boca and TJHSST, but overall not bad. I'd put Wayzata in the 28 range (If you look at Boyceville and River Falls they got beat handily by Menomonie). I'm also slightly confused why you didn't go Madison West, but that's ok.

Solon is too low, I feel they deserve a First or Second Place.
