I doubt if it's the intention of the clue, but my team officially ceased to exist after Regions last year. I don't remember if I mentioned it on the Forums or not, but I mentioned it at least twice on the IRC.

Apparently the anagram can decrypt to Yuliang Zheng according to this solver.

EDIT: I couldn't find any names that corresponded to Yuliang or Zheng. That wasn't helpful.

Yuliang Zheng's wikipedia page - apparently they are involved with encryption stuff ("best known for inventing the Signcryption cryptographic primitive," "invented the HAVAL hash function, SPEED cipher, and STRANDOM pseudo-random number generator."). This is probably important - I'll wait for a codebusters person to make a genius revelation and solve the clue
