EDIT: nvm, i just thought about the time and practicality of all aspects of making that clue, and it has to be a grad for assassin because everybody else just plain doesn't hav enough time to do something that involves a lot of work, just for one clue.

I'm guessing that, once again, he is trying to kill Idaho sci guy, seeing as the image seems like an extreme closeup on the avatar's (doc oc's) tongue.
EDIT: of course, it could just as easily be mine, and since i'm gonna be really busy this weekend at nats, I protect myself because the colors match a part of my avatar.

I'm fairly certain that because the assassinator is too busy, s/he is at Nats. I'm also fairly certain my list of suspicion just got quite a bit shorter.
