If the clue targets amerikestrel, then it would be ambiguous (I believe that mingtian was referring to one of amerikestrel's former avatars.) while only one of the people that an ambiguous clue targets has to be protected. Therefore I protect myself since the clue would be ambiguous if it targeted anybody other than Haverstall by using minecraft. In addition, I haven't been protecting myself much which could cause the assassin to think that I might be an easy target.

Ok, I searched dec and hex separately and got this http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Pickaxe. The diamond pickaxe has a dec. of 278 and a hex. of 116 whatever that means. I don't play minecraft.

And Step 2 is Atbash?
Not sure about Step 3... But that's the first thing that pops into my mind...

EDIT: Notice how there's a random space in the middle. I counted 12 As before the space and 9 Bs before the space. 20 As after the space and 15 Bs after the space. If the space wasn't meant to be there, there's a total of 32 As in the whole string and 24 Bs. Thought you'd like to know, but someone should check my work, just in case.
