Never too early to talk about fossils! :)

Give two examples of transition fossils and identify their significances.

I might be wrong, but here goes nothing :

1. Genus Tiktaalik which was a fish that had a neck, fins similar to feet, and ears that could hear on land.

2. Genus Velociraptor had teeth and walked like a dinosaur, but had feather like a bird.
2018: Battery Buggy, Road Scholar, Roller Coaster
2019: Chem Lab, Code, Disease, Fossils, Geo Maps, Sounds
2020 and 2021: Astro, Chem Lab, Code, Fossils, Geo Maps, Sounds

Tiktaalik and Archaeopteryx, both of which explained how specific traits evolved and confirmed that fish and land animals/dinosaurs and birds had a common ancestor
Your turn!

The item must be quickly covered by sediments, and then it must be subject to time. (And maybe heat... But I don't think so.)
