Not as impressive as some, but Barrington HS here in Rhode Island won with only 54 points. Their worst event was Circuit Lab in 8th place.

Not an invitational but we won LISO with 45 points, dropped 3 events though (8 13 and 34)

34 was weird since that's a no show but we got the test back :thonk:

This isn't state, but my team got a 27 at regionals.

Though it isn't the lowest score at a state tournament, Solon HS scored 52 in 2013 in Ohio, which is possibly the most competitive state tournament in the nation

While that's a really impressive score and there's no denying that Ohio is competitive, I'd hesitate to say it's the most competitive in the nation (I'd have to say SoCal B or something is closer to the most competitive honestly)

This is not the thread to have the "competitiveness" debate, either what it means or what the most competitive states are. There are other threads already existing that can be used for that purpose.
