Hey same here! I love Macklemore! My favorite songs by him are White Walls and Victory Lap I also like Hoodie Allen if you wanna go check him out!ceg7654 wrote:
For example, one of my favorite songs is Same Love by Macklemore and Mary Lambert. The rap part in that song is pretty poetic. You can look up George Watsky on YouTube, that guy I consider a poet as well. Maybe watch his video with Candace from SoulPancake and you'll see their opinion of rap.

Re: Music!
I enjoy music from Bemani games. I would have to say my favorite song is ΕΛΠΙΣ. Some of my other favorite songs include, but are not limited to: A, F, V, ZZ, perditus†paradisus, PARADISE LOST, snow storm, Go Beyond!!, Go For The Top, THANK YOU FOR PLAYING, e-motion, Mei, Absolute, Kakumei, Freeway Shuffle, etc.
Contrary to what others may say, dj TAKA is the best.

That makes sense. I like "The Monster" by Eminem for the same reason.ceg7654 wrote:For example, one of my favorite songs is Same Love by Macklemore and Mary Lambert. People have started to turn rap into like... Autotuned talking. Which is musically unacceptable. Rap is supposed to be musical, rhythmic, and poetic.
lol... I'm sorry but I don't get what you mean by that statement...
Give a few examples??

BEYONCE CARTER-KNOWLES. THE QUEEN OF EVERYTHING. (4 is one of the best albums in the world imho)
I was crying during the XO video.
Lana Del Rey (ULTRAVIOLENCE IS AMAZING)
Demi Lovato (bc DEMI is life)
I really like Fifth Harmony's album Reflection, although their songs don't have the best lyrics :/

Re: Music!
Lots of stuff. Owl City, deadmau5, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Straight No Chaser... and that's not getting into all the video game stuff.
I also have a bit of a soft spot for Brad Paisley.
