Thanks! Could you tell that to my mom? She doesn't believe it.

Wow gneissisnice, congrats. That song is difficult and expert is, well, expert. I can barely do hard- I can't seem to master moving my hand to the orange button. Sadly, that's my goal by the end of the summer because people here are tired of me beating them on medium . The only thing I can really do expert on is drums, and occasionally singing-it depends on the song. Some of the harder songs I can't do either on expert and have to stick to hard for now- stupid, repetitive, triplet pattern with the bass pedal and buttons...

I'm horrible at the drums on rockband. I'm pretty good on guitar and singing though.

Haha i sorta cheated on the solo. I went to the high part of the guitar and used my right hand to do the solo from above, cause my fingers work better like that. But it was still really hard.

I can play the guitar and sing on expert on Rock Band, but I can't for the life of me even play the drums on easy. I think I set an all time low.

I can't really explain how to play/understand the drums. You definitely have to have a good sense of rhythm and counting. I have tendencies to count in my head as I do it and I also recognize patterns as triplets or eighth notes, etc. I don't know what else...a lot of repetitive practice as well.

What I don't get is how people can move their hands to the orange button and then move them back fast enough to hit everything. My hand always gets way off and I mess up all the notes. I guess that is what I have to practice.

edit: As far as ultimate lows go, I once finished a song (barely) and beneath my score it said unconscious. Everyone else found it funny when they had top performer or whatever but I haven't really seen anything worse.

DDR IS AMAZING! I love it more than rock band and guitar hero. Theoneandonly and I play against each other, pretty evenly matched, it is really fun.

(Hey, we have to play as soon as I get back)
