Since it is a frequency graph, the y-axis is a count of how many times the x-axis value occurs (just like the previous two graphs).
As stated on the graph, the x-axis is listed based off of Unix time: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time

nice?? that wikipedia article made no sense. I don't see how that relates to the graph. The numbers in the article are 10 digits long while the graph only goes through 1-24. i was simply asking if it was in military time or not because i don't think that the most amount of posts where made at 1 am.

You only needed to read the first sentence of the article, which tells you what timezone Unix time uses.

Last Thursday, 1,211 unique visitors came to the site, the highest count so far.
That's interesting, Thursday has traditionally been a low day for us.

he's kidding. He's from the west coast.
Ok because i asked a bigilian times for a simple answer and i never got one i'll explain
Image

You go to your time zone ans you see what number is at the bottom. for me in EST it's -5. So then i pick a point on the graph and minus it by 5 and that's the real time.
Was that so hard?

Umm apparently it's harder than you think. If you do it by your method, you end up in Hawaii... Eastern is -5 because you take Greenwich time (UTC) and subtract 5..
