Oh ok. I guess the best way to start would be to talk to a life science teacher, if your school has one. Learn how to use all the equipment, and learn all the basic concepts.

Congratulations on getting a medal! :D Yeah, 4 minutes felt like forever compared to states. We got 11th, and I thought we had a shot at doing better, but I think the microscopy and ecology stations were what killed us.

We didn't even have stations for ours. We had to take and all written test. Talk about boring! The funny thing is that one of the pages i had as a worksheet in science class!

Really? For Regionals or State? Regionals is basically just a practice so everything can be poorly written and messed up. If your're talking about State, then there's a problem.

What I meant is that the Regionals test can be poorly written with a lot of errors and nobody would care since Regionals is just a practice (well, at least for the States with less Science Olympiad teams). The State competition is a deciding factor for all States so the test should be harder and written more professionally.
