I don't know what (s)he means, but (s)he's not wrong. Many years ago this event was called Science of Fitness, then Health Science, but it was really always an anatomy event.

Did Science of Fitness have any physical activity in it, or was it just a test about anatomy?

Check out the Science Of Fitness Wiki page.

There was no physical activity like you would see in Pentathalon. It seems like the event has remained mostly unchanged, but the title of the event has shifted (Science of Fitness, Health Science, Anatomy) to put a little less emphasis on the health of the human body and greater emphasis on the anatomy.
When it comes to the future, there are three kinds of people: those who let it happen, those who make it happen, and those who wonder what happened.

I mean that the respiratory and muscular system topics were all used in the past in Science of Fitness. So, A&P is essentially Science of Fitness because I predict there will be more questions about how exercise affects your systems, etc.

P.S. I am a guy.

Good to know. I didn't want to assume, since I've got into trouble for that before.

So does anyone know when the actual Science Olympiad Study sheet is coming out? The one that they put on the website? Because don't the coaches have a big meeting in Arizona sometime this summer?

The coaches meeting is very soon, I'm not sure of the exact date, but sometime in the next two weeks. Not sure about the study sheet.

As far as I know it comes out in September. For now, if you want to get started, just do a generalized review of the whole system or topic-Wikipedia may be a good place to start.
