going to high school, and no science olympiad there :o
Then you should talk to your school and start one. That's what our high school did. A few girls really wanted to start one so they got permission and formed a team.

I'm way excited for Severe Storms next year. So predictions on what we'll be studying:

Thunderstorms (Supercells, etc.)
Tornadoes
Hurricanes
Lightning
Flash Floods
Blizzards?
And how each of these are caused, the effects of them, and what exactly happens during one.

Does that sound about right?

Hail and wind can also classify a storm as severe. And I'm sure that the tests will go deep into many of those topics you mentioned. I'm disappointed I can't participate in Meteorology next year, I would do amazing at Severe Storms.

Will there be other topics like radar or suface weather maps along with severe storms or will they be maps of storms?

No one knows anything about next year until the rules come out in September. Until then, all we know is that we will need to know about Severe Storms. Sorry.

There will most likely be maps of types of storms that you have to identify and there is also normally math related problems that deal with flash floods
