I saw some great cumulonimbus clouds today. Then I saw the news helicopter heading into them. Coincidence?

Yes, look at the rules sheet, it will have the topics you need to know. The Meteorology page on the wiki has some great information, so you could probably make your note sheet off of that. Another good idea is to look at the sample tests.
