If you'll just read through what's been posted, you'll see....many answers to what you're asking...... Timing Step, General Questions, Large Competition threads all have examples

Very few teams are able to complete all tasks and the 40 second mass movement and still raise the flag at the exact specified time. Don't sweat it, just do your best and have fun at Nationals.

i'm from one of those few teams
