Its actually a pilot event, I think that means that anyone can do it even if they are not one of the 15 team members at any comp--not like trials where only at regionals can alternates or people not on the 15 man roster can compete.

Though other people can probobly explain it better than I can

oops yeah i forgot. it sounds pretty cool and it's great cause it gives alternates a chance to compete.

"Trial events" are essentially the same as regular events in NY, they count toward your score and must be done by team members.

"Pilot events" have never been done before. Based on the description, it will not count toward your score and can be done by anyone.

Is the div. B invites going to be at RCS again? The website says to check back in October, but the wiki says it will be there.

I think the wiki was based off of last year but if I were to guess it will be there again

Just curious, which teams usually participate in the New York Invitationals?

A lot of teams go to Athens, PA - particularly the Southern Tier teams, who are right across the border.
