Here are my scores for B Challenges.
Elevated Ramp: 4.83 Meters, transporting all 8 golf balls.
Catapult: 1.02 Meters, 7 golf balls hitting the target plate.
Bouncer: 60 cm, golf ball(haven't tested fully yet)

Can you tape the collection container for the ramp down to the ground, since it isn't part of the actual ramp?

Yes why wouldn't you be able to cut cups. Just as long as they are in a normal non modifyed condition when you start.

Elevated as in the part where the ball rolls does not touch the ground or the collection container. You have to build something to keep it up.
