Any predictions for a fairly competitive region? What do you think lengths/heights will be for

Here are my scores for B Challenges.

Elevated Ramp: 4.83 Meters, transporting all 8 golf balls.
Catapult: 1.02 Meters, 7 golf balls hitting the target plate.
Bouncer: 60 cm, golf ball(haven't tested fully yet)

The rules say you can't use tape to secure things to the floor ( it says this in front of tape in the allowed items list)

Yes why wouldn't you be able to cut cups. Just as long as they are in a normal non modifyed condition when you start.

Can someone define "elevated" for me? I want to know what you consider as elevated.

Elevated as in the part where the ball rolls does not touch the ground or the collection container. You have to build something to keep it up.
