What are your best distances for the bouncer?
60 cm(I know, pitiful). Still trying to find a way to get it to bounce far.

Bridges
Cantilever?

What kind of materials are you guys using to make the arm of the catapult?
I can't seem to find anything strong enough to take the strain of heaving a golf ball more than a couple of meters.
I just use rolled up paper stuffed with popsicle sticks.

Can you tape the collection container for the ramp down to the ground, since it isn't part of the actual ramp?

The rules say you can't use tape to secure things to the floor ( it says this in front of tape in the allowed items list)

Yes why wouldn't you be able to cut cups. Just as long as they are in a normal non modifyed condition when you start.

Can someone define "elevated" for me? I want to know what you consider as elevated.

Elevated as in the part where the ball rolls does not touch the ground or the collection container. You have to build something to keep it up.
