Which category (Building, Lab, Study) events are assigned to on these forums is an arbitrary decision unrelated to the official categories assigned by Science Olympiad Inc:

Life, Personal & Social Science

Earth & Space Science

Physical Science & Chemistry

Technology & Engineering

Inquiry & Nature of Science

ANYWAY Back to Sounds of Music... lol :)

What would people expect to see on a written exam for this event? Beyond Bernouli's effect, frequency, 'how does your instrument work,' etc

Have you ever seen history of musicians? We've been asked about Mozart's past and what inspired Beethoven... it was an invitational but am I correct in assuming we won't need to know that?

I've heard that SE PA had music theory on their exam (matching composers to compositions, I think?), but the test at my regionals was physics only.

I didn't see anything in the rules on that... lol am I missing something?? Like if there is a list somewhere on composers we should know that would be nice... lol
