By the way, full results are now available on the MSOE site at http://cbm.msoe.edu/stupro/so/NationalT ... sults.html
There's an excel file you can download.

Re: Protein Modeling C
Wow, that's exceptionally close! (Especially some of the top spots) LASA and West Windsor were clearly the best, though, so congratulations to them!Quark wrote:By the way, full results are now available on the MSOE site at http://cbm.msoe.edu/stupro/so/NationalT ... sults.html

Re: Protein Modeling C
Those scores were incredibly close. It just goes to show how much it helps to just put in that little extra bit to your pre-build. It can bump you up quite a few places. I'd imagine that with so many teams at nationals, most of the events stack up really tightly and most people never realize how close they were to the top places.
When it comes to the future, there are three kinds of people: those who let it happen, those who make it happen, and those who wonder what happened.

Definitely. I saw at least two instances where teams were only .01 points apart. That's incredible. Good job to everyone!Paradox21 wrote:Those scores were incredibly close. Wow, that looks awfully exciting. I was already looking forward to this event next year, but I really love this idea!GCXC wrote:they recently posted the theme for Protein Modeling next year!

Re: Protein Modeling C
Very exciting! The specific proteins appear to be XIAP as the pre-build, and then Caspases and the MHC as on-site proteins.GCXC wrote:they recently posted the theme for Protein Modeling next year!

The left ribbon talks about XIAP in the prebuild section.
The other two are mentioned within the body text, so I'm just assuming we'll be modeling them.
