Yeah, that would matter. It has to be facing the right way within the structure, unless it's symmetrical or something. But other than that yeah.

Make sure that you get things like which end of a skewer is pointing which way, etc.

I forget whether this question has already been asked, but does anyone know what materials have been used at nationals (besides googolplex)?

I know that in the past, C division has used knex (except for last year, when they got random junk). I'm not sure about B division though.

No. One of the past supervisors has a ton of them laying around, ready to be used

Yeah, they seem to be a favorite for some reason. Annoyingly enough. Well, at least it will probably be easier than random junk.

I've never seen or practiced with googolplex. I just looked it up on google images, but the pictures are really tiny. From what I see, they are a bunch of black squiggles. Can anyone who has used it elaborate?
