hey, is ichaelm planning to upload any more tests?
that would be helpful

funny thing was
we had his test and answers in our optics binder for regionals
and the regionals optics test was like almost the exact same questions....good thing we forgot about the answer key..
otherwise we would have gotten DQed. ;P

Why would you have gotten DQ'd? It's the testmakers fault for copying off of another test (or using bad, common questions), not yours.

Heh, that's funny! Too bad that didn't happen to me :P

I don't think I'll be able to upload any more tests, sorry. Most of the information on that was from what I learned in crave the wave, and most of crave the wave I learned from wikipedia and this website: http://www.physicsclassroom.com/Class/ in addition to books and stuff, if that helps!

By the way, you can't get disqualified because the supervisor googled "science oympiad optics test" and copied the one he found on the first page. That's not something you did, that's something he did. He can't tell you "nobody can bring in Ichaelm's practice test because I'm using it!"

Even if the test is not the same, there is a good chance you could come across a similar question to one in your practice tests; in that case, you could look up the answer or the procedure. In any case, it can't hurt including them. I always include a practice test tab in my binders. Then again, what's not in them(http://gallery.scioly.org/details.php?image_id=3441)?

yeah
take a look at CLC regionals 2 years ago XP
in ornithology, the event supervisor was the daniel wright coach, and she was like prepping the JV and varsity teams before we entered, and she let us in 5 minutes late (meaning we had only 40 minutes less to do the whole event, 5 being rules read out loud)
and she confiscated cheat sheets if you wrote in your field guide
ewwww

not to diss, but just an example (sorry, im still bitter over the hint that kjhsscioly gave about IL mostlikely NOT having a regional forestry list)
