It would be too bad if they eliminated Meteorolgy as an event. I think it's deverse from other events.

As far as I know the rotational events (Anatomy, meteorology, JYC, etc) that change topics every year stay in longer than the non-rotational ones (CJAP, SCB, etc) so I would be sorta surprised if met went away all together. I have a feeling it's just going to change to Climate.

Anyone think that the Nationals Meteorology test this year was way too easy?

In my opinion the test wasn't difficult but wasn't easy either. It was long. Also I thought a bunch of it had relaying back information (eg. Writing down where the tornado warning was in effect for etc..). The winning team must of been precise and wrote down the right words.

It was mostly simple Meteorology questions. There was a lot of graph interpreting and counting. There was some math, like finding the area of a tornado track. We had to label air masses, as well as do some true and false questions, like, "Can hurricanes form on the equator?"
And thank you! :D

Ya good job! I have a feeling we might of messed up on the math. We split the test and I did the true/false (Which was so easy.), I think that the math put us out though :(
