So bring up something about Ecology.

If you have nothing to say, and no one else does, we'll continue our harmless conversation on Water Quality.

Correction: People going to nats have to focus on Ecology. The rest of us (which is more than you may think) are looking to next year and planning for any changes. And even nationals participants can start looking forward if they want.

Your negativity is not needed here. Sure, we will start a new thread next season, but as of now, Ecology is being replaced by Water Quality. If you want to ask a question regarding Ecology, it can still be answered. It doesn't mean, however, that we can't discuss the new event.

Going back to Water Quality - some old rules I found had IDing certain macroinvertebrates and invasive species. How much of this event was ID based, to anyone who has done this?

Stop. No. This is not the Water Quality forum, like I said early. Make a different forum because people come here to talk about Ecology, like me.

This thread is for discussing things related to Ecology. That can be multiple things at the same time. Now there is a Water Quality-specific thread, but before, there was no other place to put it. This was the most logical.

So start a discussion on Ecology right now.

It seems like no one has anything to say about Ecology at the moment. So we're talking about Water Quality. It's not like we're interrupting anything, there just hasn't actually been a post about Ecology here in a while because it seems like no one needs it.

Once someone starts talking about Ecology, then fine, we'll talk Ecology. Till then, if you have nothing to contribute to a discussion on Ecology, then we can talk about whatever we want.

Ecology: Has anyone ever encountered questions about legislation such as the Clean Air Act or the Endangered Species Act on an Ecology test? If so, what questions were asked about it?
When it comes to the future, there are three kinds of people: those who let it happen, those who make it happen, and those who wonder what happened.

I saw something about opposition to alternative energy, and something about the purpose of some act at nationals...I don't remember what.
