Ohio State competition is tomorrow! Good Luck to all teams!
May your towers hold stoutly...,
May every rocket catch an updraft...,
May your buggies curve like never before...,
And may NONE of you ever get stuck in an elevator!

Avoid elevators at all costs.
Good luck to all.

For those of you not in the know, 3 years ago a handful of students got stuck in an elevator in a tall building on campus. They couldn't get a cell phone signal, and there was some mis-communication between the police and security service that answered the emergency phone in the elevator. They were in there long enough they missed several events and parents started calling the police because they thought there had been an abduction. Eventually the fire department had to come to help get them out of the elevator.

Re: Ohio 2011
Yeah, one of my teammates had gotten stuck in there, or as I've been told(that was the year before I started scioly). She still doesn't like elevators, but thankfully for the team she didn't have an event that slot.
