Yeah, I was rapidly reading off to my partner who was writing as fast as she could. Probably good practice for Nats. though. I imagine the tests will be similar in terms of questions per station.

yeah that's what we did
since we split the systems one did everything while the other sat there
at the last station it ended up my partner writing and i'm searching the cheat sheet for answers
and during all the labeling i was just frantically trying to remember how to spell stuff correctly
and i made my partner write phalanges after i wrote proximal, medial, distal b/c i didnt have time lol

For the Muscular System nats stuff, has anyone found anything useful for xi? It says, "Understand muscle sensory systems."

I am doing anatomy at nationals. It will be hard for me because I do not know anything but my partner does.

okay do you have any questions or anything?
there is no point complaining on this forum
if u want help then ask questions
that's what this forum is for
i'm doing anatomy at nationals too and i know its hard so just study stuff you don't know
since there's only like 3 days until nationals there isnt much u can do right now but be able to work well with your partner
and depending on the test your partner may not have time to finish the whole thing by himself/herself

I don't really know that much about the muscular system, but from what I could find in my old health class notes:

Smooth muscle:
*Generally in the lining of internal organs
*Involuntary
*Not striated
*Ex. esophagus, stomach, blood vessels

Cardiac muscle:
*Found only in the heart
*Involuntary
*Striated
*Strongest muscles in the human body
*Contract and relax between 60 and 80 times per minute
