From what I've heard, it's Ecology mixed with road scholar.

Naps, when I told you that you can't study for this event, it was a joke, as events for Remote Sensing are greatly varied, and often ask very different questions.

That just makes studying all the more interesting. The more possibilities there are for the test, the more prepared you must be. Speaking of preparation, what sort of resources are we allowed to bring this year?

Do we think that it'll be more focused on the impact on just forests like it was last year, or on overall impacts like the year before?

I'm new to C this year and I read the wiki, but I'm still not really understanding what you do in this event? I figured it has something to do with interpreting maps and something with how humans affect the earth, but I'm still not too sure...

2010: 5th in NYS
2011: 4th in NYS
2012: 3rd in NYS

I've heard it involves a lot of different stuff, including human impact on the environment and map reading.
