I've made several Compute This tests before, you'd think they'd be relatively simple to make- they're not. Each has taken at least a couple of hours. DyPlan would, I think, be harder to make. These tests can be pretty hard to make, and none of them are perfect. Cut the supervisors some slack.

Sigh, im telling you if you saw the tests at our regionals you'd take back all you've said. Yes, i understand making good tests is difficult, but these were not good tests.

On a side note, are there any formulas for Freshwater we should know?

Not to belabor the point, but I don't think anybody was saying that your regional tests were good - I mean, how would we know? It's just that I don't think most people have any idea how long it takes to make a good test. The events I write usually end up taking me about 20 hours. I always think I'm going to get them done more quickly, but everything takes longer than you think.

Yeah, four sheets is a lot. It takes away from a lot of the learning involved with Science Olympiad.

Yeah. I mean honestly, we can just copy our notes, shrink them to 8pt. font, and we have our resource sheets.
