oh, thanks.....and btw, do you even kno that parts?? cuz last yer, we got questions on it....and we were soo stuck...like i tried to find diagrams..but they were disgusting...don't really wanna get into detail....I looked up some nesting types though,
Egg cup-what robins do, your stereotypical nest
Natural Cavity- owls and woodpeckers, made in trees or already there
Nest box- Human made
Complex weave- made intricately hanging, look up orioles nests to see
also, eggs come in shapes, allowing for adaptations that help visibility or motility
I happen to know that the school that is running Ornithology at a few invites(not mine, but close by) used stuffed birds and nests borrowed from our town's nature center. I agree, definitely check it out.hey just a note if you have access to a nearby facility(forest preserve, museum, or other wildlife center) try looking at the stuffed birds, eggs, and nests it really helps![]()
