So i'm having a slight issue with my prop shaft - it is slipping out of the rotor when i hook on the rubber. My rotor shaft is basically stabbed through the two spars on my free rotor and i glued the holes shut and placed pieces of balsa on the side and everything but it still slipped out today. Is there anything more i should do to have a stronger bond there, so that it won't slip out or break my rotors? Thanks

Yeah, bend the top/bottom (depending on which end is teh free rotor) of the prop shaft into an L shape, so that the L sits on the spar. I'll post a picture of my joint in the image galelry later.

I reinforced mine with a bit of tissue paper and super glue, but that would only work if the wire ran outside the spar.

Here is the L-shaped prop shaft I was talking about in a couple posts above. Sorry for the blurry image.
