I'm pretty sure the only (common) standardized tests you need calculus for are the Physics C and Calculus AP tests. Most college readiness tests (SAT ACT) consider calculus to be above High School curriculum.FueL wrote:You need calculus for the ACT?

Re: SAT Scores?
Yeah. Pulled a 31 that really should've been a 32, when you notice that a perfect on reading gave you only a 30, not a 32...blue cobra wrote:Did anyone take the PLAN test (practice ACT)?

Re: SAT Scores?
I got a composite score of 30 And I got 3 math problems wrong! At least I got all the science questions right, but if English is your native tongue, you should be able to. English 29, Math 31, Reading 27, Science 32. Kind of disappointed with myself to be honest.

Re: SAT Scores?
that makes me more depresed since iv already done trig.... (6th grade)space scientist wrote:I had the same situation with the ACT which I also took for Duke Tip, and the reason why junior high school students would get low math scores is probably that you aren't supposed to have learned algebra, geometry (high school level which you take in 10th grade), calculus, and trigonometry. My ACT scores were ,if I remember correctly, 29 for composite score (ACT scores are out of 36.), 31 for science, 30 for English, 25 for math, and 30 for reading.Sunshine Ninja wrote:I am in 7th grade:

Re: SAT Scores?
I got a 2070 on my SAT...D:
My ACT was better though with a 35 so I'll just use that for college applications. XD

Re: SAT Scores?
Why not put both? I know that many colleges prefer seeing that you take both. Btw, what grade do you take the PSAT? It's a test for scholarships right?

Re: SAT Scores?
I believe PSAT is for 10th or 11th grade, depending on your situation.illusionist wrote:Why not put both? I know that many colleges prefer seeing that you take both. Btw, what grade do you take the PSAT? It's a test for scholarships right?
I took the SAT on May 7... I really want my scores back.
