So, I think the clue is targeting Quiz (or me, luo, or Eviscerator, because we just went to 2011 HSNCT. Heck, it could be targeting anyone who went to 2010 HSNCT, BUT most likely it is targeting quiz.)

Of course there could be the off chance that there is someone on the forums from State College.
