Two: the people doing at least one focus event don't get the help immediately. The coaches are our regular coaches.

More like 30, but we divide Varsity and JV at the beginning then get together. But with the focus events, the number of students for the teachers to really teach is about 12 (4 per event - 2 V, 2 JV)

Ok, so everybody who doesn't have any of the focus events just goes of and does their own thing, while the people whose events are the focus events get some coaching in that event?
