How come the only stories about teenagers collapsing after going on a roller coaster are from Disney World?

They're not. There was one a couple months ago in PA of a girl getting her legs chopped off on a rollercoaster.

That's true. I heard a story about how nobody "dies" in the Magic Kingdom. Apparantly, there're no doctors in the Magic Kingdom, and since only doctors can pronounce people dead...

technically anyone can pronounce someone dead, its just only official if a doctor does it

TECHNICALLY!! If their dead their dead how does it matter if they don't pronounce you dead your still dead. If they pronounce you dead and your not dead your still alive that doesn't change anything, anyone who's seen Monty Python knows that :D. So whether or not some one is pronounced dead really doesn't matter. :|
Therefore Six Flags isn't exactly the safest place to have your fun, but the threat of a painful and gruesome death just makes the adrenline pump faster. :D
