I don't think Shady Side should be that high, since B teams from PA haven't placed in the top 10 since 2008. While they have been impressive at invitationals, I think there are other teams who have had more recent success, like Booth and Marie Murphy, that should be ahead of them.

Booth also appears to need to be ranked ahead of Magsis, by national results comparison...

So what I'm hearing is add Church Hill, lower Shady Side (1st at Wright State Invitationals), and completely drop Bearden(3rd New Albany)? This sounds reasonable, and if anyone has Regional results, let me know, because they actually count.

Pretty much. All of the other teams in there seem deserving of being in the top 10, although some arguments will naturally be made because there is no definite ranking. Since Winston Churchill got 4th last year, they definitely needed to be added, and even though Shady Side hasn't excelled in recent years, that was an impressive invitational showing, so putting them in the top 10 is understandable (for now).

I do not think Magsig deserves to be that high, as they have not been doing too well this year. I think Daniel Wright should be a lot higher as they have been doing very well at invitationals this year.

First of all, Magsig is most likely not going to be ranked as high as previously stated in all of the past predictions in this topic (no offense to Magsig :? ). Based on my participation at the Solon and Wright State invitationals in past years, I also believe that Daniel Wright should be placed within the top three, but that is only an opinion. The same goes for Meads Mill in the top 5. Not to disrespect my own team, but I'd say that Shadyside is going to fall within the bottom half of the top ten teams as it has been edited already. I don't really know very much about the teams outside of the Northeastern area of the country, but if anyone wants to inform me, I'd be a very happy physicist. :D

I'm not on the Invitationals Circuit (so I wouldn't know what you all are basing some of the criteria on, or know much about the mentioned teams, save J.C Booth and a few others)
But how big of a part does legacy play into these rankings?
