Wow. How did we miss that? Hydrogen bombs. Atomic bombs. Makes sense now.
Anyways, the new clue appears to be some cipher or shift code.
I need to get that shift code decryption program up and running like I've been meaning to.

I eventually got a headache trying to get the program working, so I found an online shift code decoder instead and went through all the possible encryptions. Nothing makes any sense, so it doesn't appear to be a shift code.

Sadly it's too short to crack with standard cyrpto techniques (a frequency analysis or pattern/frequency analysis for polyalphabetic ciphers). So unless we figure out a key for it I'm not quite sure what to do...
