Well that's Keuka Lake, which is an hour from Cornell. There's plenty to do in/around Ithaca.

Keuka's the nicest lake though. Warm, not choppy, perfect for boating.

How do all you B division people know where you want to go to college? I don't know where I want to go yet, and I'm a junior.

I either want to go to University of Michigan or MIT (if I can get into that) to study engineering. :D

What makes you so sure that you'll still want what you want now in 4 years?

I think I already know what I want to be when I grow up, and therefore I can looke at colleges and see where I would have the best chances of becoming what I want to be.

So, even though you're in B Division, you know which programs are good or bad at certain universities? I don't mean somewhere like Caltech or MIT where the engineering is clearly terrific, I mean somewhere else, somewhere there isn't such a clear "best major" there. I don't understand how you know what you want either.

At my school we have Career Cruising, a program where you answer questions and it tells you good jobs for you. It's pretty funny sometimes what you get (my 4th best was a Potter) but it does help (almost all the rest of the top 10 were engineers). It also gives you good info about the job and the salary. The reason I know a lot about the colleges is because my sister is looking at colleges right now, so i'm learning a bit that way.
