Oh well, I guess I could attest to that. 5 events were dropped across B and C, and they handed out medals to everyone in WIDI to stall the awards ceremony so the ExpD proctors could finish grading.

They're talking about Georgia states from last season. The only state that has had its state competition at this point is Montana.

People cross State forums all the time (at least, they do when the State forums are active...)
