Would they let you switch out air chambers between launches if you included the other chambers at impound? This obviously isn't the best way to design the device but in the rules it says that you can recalibrate the device but I'm not sure if they would let you change out parts.

The bucket shots are now worth 300 points. Instead of 100 for hitting the side and 100 for getting it inside the bucket, it's now 200 for getting it inside the bucket.deji725 wrote:Are there any changes to the scoring system?

Im still confused on the concept of the left and right of the centerline. So if it was a xy coordinate plane, the x-coordinates of the targets could only be -2, 0, and 2? Or can it be any other x-coordinate in between -2 and 2. Thanks in advance!

By rule 4.e., the far target can be up to 2.00 m to the right or left of the imaginary centerline, in intervals of 0.5 m for Regionals, 0.25 m for States, and 0.10 m for Nationals. So for State, your x-coordinate can only be: -2.00, -1.75, -1.50, -1.25, -1.00, -0.75, -0.50, -0.25, -0.00, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00, 1.25, 1.50, 1.75, 2.00, where the centerline is located at x = 0.
