I stalked through the hallways, looking for my next target. I was on the highest staircase, the one closest to Gryffindor Tower, when I looked down and saw dragon_fruit35 below me. I was about to whisper the words once more when UTF-8 stepped in the way. "Curses," I muttered as I left a note for the officers to find.

I like your reasoning Ento (mainly because it means I live no matter what), but I agree with Person. I don't see how the Apple logo plays a part. Someone should still protect me though.

IdahoSciGuy makes sense yes however I think if it were about apples the Sassy would've just put some random apple but that's the apple logo... anyone know people who talk a lot about Macbooks or apple devices? Or maybe have some sort of apple device in their name?

UTF-8 U+6211 U+662F made a post about operating systems in The Polling Place (http://scioly.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=6955). Could that link them to this clue?
