Stacked lineup with New Trier, Penncrest, Ward Melville, the WWPs, Enloe, Clements, Mountain View, Bayard Rustin, Columbia, Fairfax, Harriton, LASA, and Montgomery

Gonna be interesting to see who comes out on top. Will Harriton defend their home turf? Can Clements keep up their momentum from Nats? Will LASA win? Or will there be an underdog taking 1st?

Conestoga is sad that you omitted them :(

Here's my predictions, not accounting for split teams:
1. Harriton
2. LASA
3. Clements
4. Mountain View
5. New Trier
6. Bayard Rustin
7. Columbia
8. Conestoga
9. WW-P South
10. WW-P North
11. Penncrest
12. Lower Merion
13. Ward Melville
14. Enloe
15. Shady Side
16. Fairfax

Rustin (Div B) was two hours and MIT was apparently four minutes.

Edit: rip I omitted Conestoga

I would be cautious about ranking SEPA teams super high. It's in their home area, true, but it's also going to be not much more than one week before regionals; it is entirely possible that teams will want to keep their cards held tighter to their chests than normal. I would expect to see several of them employ unstacked teams.

I would say few would unstack when approaching states- this is quite possibly the last "Big" invitational for PA teams. I wouldn't be surprised for teams to be using this invitational as a states-team trial run to make sure that the team composition works out (I also don't know if SOUP is running Nationals/PA/whatever schedule). Also, below the big teams, the rest are a bunch of good teams too- not too many separating characteristics which wouldn't allow for game-day game-changers (I tried something literary).

I am only speaking from what happened last year; Harriton in particular had two teams that were essentially exactly matched. Also, all of the big five teams in the region are essentially assured of making states; perhaps the bubble teams such as North Penn and Strath Haven will use the invitational as a regionals-team trial run, but I don't know that the established contenders will be as directly concerned.

I agree with East here, the major SE PA teams (those that do typically split) will probably all just use regionals as their states-team trial (since they're only allowed one team anyway). Plenty of high-level teams don't stack at all until state (e.g. Solon).
