Re: Herpetology B/C
When it says binder or guide, would you be allowed to rip out pages from your guidebook, punch holes, and place them in your binder?

I don't think it's allowed because you're technically using a field guide, but then again, I don't think any proctor is going to go through every single team's binder looking for pages of field guide.Mononoke111 wrote:When it says binder or guide, would you be allowed to rip out pages from your guidebook, punch holes, and place them in your binder?

However, the rules do say you're allowed to use any source thoughFroggie wrote:I don't think it's allowed because you're technically using a field guide, but then again, I don't think any proctor is going to go through every single team's binder looking for pages of field guide.Mononoke111 wrote:When it says binder or guide, would you be allowed to rip out pages from your guidebook, punch holes, and place them in your binder?

Yeah they’re kind of contradicting themselves.Mononoke111 wrote:However, the rules do say you're allowed to use any source thoughFroggie wrote:I don't think it's allowed because you're technically using a field guide, but then again, I don't think any proctor is going to go through every single team's binder looking for pages of field guide.Mononoke111 wrote:When it says binder or guide, would you be allowed to rip out pages from your guidebook, punch holes, and place them in your binder?

They aren't supposed to test you on species either.CVMSAvalacheStudent wrote:No, most likely just genera, family, order, etc.Almandine wrote:Will they be testing us on sub-species?

What does it mean? 'The information may be removed during the event'
Does it mean that you're allowed to remove the notes from the binder and use it? Or
Does it mean that you can't use it during the test?
