Currently, there's no location that I can find, maybe someone else is a better searcher, but since it has been located at the same location for the past two years (LeMoyne College in Syracuse), it's a safe bet to assume it'll be held there next year as well.

From Eastern Long Island:
1. Murphy
2. Gelinas
3. Port Jefferson
After this it gets into B teams and I don’t know how many teams advance to states so I’ll leave it at this. Full results here: http://www.newyorkscioly.org/wp-content ... t-2018.xls

First of all, the top 5 teams advanced to states: the 4th and 5th place teams were James Wilson Young and Islip Middle School, respectively.
Second of all, a 33 means 33rd place, either a disqualification, last place, or the team did not participate in the event (only 17 events per team not including Quiz Bowl were allowed.)
