Given how the moon normally raises tides by 5ft? I would guess that as more mass is added the more the raise goes by. Not doing any "real" math here but logic tells me it would be 100+ times as Fort Collins is above sea level? Final fermi answer 1.8x10^3
I presume that the more moons you add it would increase by 16.5 meters and Fort Collins is 1525 meters above sea level then it would take about 91 moons thus a fermi answer of 1x10^3 if you round up. :)

I've reworded my question to make it more clear.
A percentage goes up to 100 percent... You can't have 130,000 percent of all deaths be from sharks. E5 is the total deaths/E11 which is -6 or as a percentage -4. Also sources I saw online said the rates of deaths were slightly lower so possibly -5
