I know that the official rules arent out yet but does someone have a pdf with all the events

The best thing you can do to see what the rules might be is to look at old rules manuals and the Events 2018-2019 thread.

I don't think you get the rules until you coach registers your team, then they get a book thingy with the full 2018-19 rules.
But it's pretty easy to find old rules that you can use - you can start to get an idea of what you're doing.

Official rules release is typically the day after Labor Day. If your coach is going to SOSI they'll receive draft rules at that time. The best method right now would be to look at past rules and try to anticipate what the 2019 rules for your events are likely to be. I would also recommend focusing summer studying on events that are unlikely to have major rules changes.
