Shrodingerscat, where you at boi, u got some defending to do...
His comment was less about not believing it would happen, but rather not wanting users to have misleading signatures based on events that had not happened yet. Actually winning the event when it happens is immaterial.

At least one partner was sick for all of the events (except 2). Also for sounds, one of the calculators died, so the two people were sharing one calculator on a test that I heard was almost all math. Boom and wright stuff just went wrong, and mousetrap and mission were both unfortunate, too (see my post in the event discussion). I have no clue what happened with chem lab. None of these are excuses for our team's subpar performance, but maybe offers a little insight for you guys.

Yo I get it. Our boom had a failure in the wood causing it to hold a third of what we wanted it to. Our buggy hit the can on the 2nd run and was 16 cm off on the first one (they were getting close to millimeters off in practice). Our coach didn't let us fly our good plane on Friday so our flier had no clue how high to fly the plane on the actual day. And I'm not gonna even talk about roller coaster smh. It's unlucky, but at least it's easier to do better next year lol. (Also on your userpage you said your team got 30th, you guys got 17th).

I think he's referring to Chippewa Middle School, who got 30th overall.
