I accuse LittleMissNyan because she accused/killed/wronged Jett and the sassy basically said that's what a Shadow Agent did.

Googling quotes, Target 1 seems to be a restatement of Romans 11:33, Target 3 is the title of a TV show called Castle, Season 3, Episode 12. Nothing coherent shows up for the other two.
